Ann’s Gifts and Sew Much More (Giveaway Closed)

My dear friend Ann has a shop called Ann’s Gifts and Sew Much more. It was Ann who instigated, indulged, enabled, encouraged  my love of aprons. If it weren’t for Ann, I might not have my logo and  The Symbol of a Beautiful Calling.

Her shop is located at 505 Queensway West in Simcoe and you can reach her at 519-410-1742. She is an amazing woman; friendly, upbeat, an encouragement and such a ray of sunshine. If you live in the area, I suggest you pop into her place. It is one of the most welcoming shops I’ve been in and I know you’ll be delighted with everything!

If you don’t live in the area, you could always contact her about mailing payment and having your items shipped. {I should really talk to her about setting up an Etsy store!}

I visited her place the other day for a couple of reasons but one was that my friend had a baby (go look at what a cutie he is!). Ann makes wonderful receiving blankets, bibs, warm teddies and more for babies. Ann’s shop is the perfect place to find a unique and useful baby gift! Just look at the TLC she has put into the ribbons and the stitching detail.

Ann’s shop is all decorated for Easter right now with all sorts of fun things. She also makes oven mitt covers, cushions, clothes peg bags (I have one on order in the neatest print!), tote bags, placemats, table runners, napkins…and more! Al of these are in a vast array of patterns and fabrics; you’re sure to find something for every personality! She has a great selection of items all set to go but also welcomes custom orders. She has the fabric right there for you to choose from and it’s hard to choose, believe me!

One of my other favorite products she has are the fabric books! A friend gave my little ones each one for Christmas 2 years ago and I just recently purchased a third one. We have “Jesus and Me”, “Helping Heroes” and “The Bravest Dragon” but there are tons more titles including some classics like the Pokey Little Puppy, Beatrix Potter Tales and Paddington! They are perfect for putting in baby’s crib. John is 19 months and when he wakes up in the morning, I expect him to entertain himself in his bed until I am showered and ready for the day (a huge sanity saver for me!). Allowing him these sweet and colorful fabric books means that he can flip through and look at them (he really does!) and I know that he is safe from paper cuts and such. He did have board books once but ate half the front cover (about 16 months old) so now I just stick with his fabric ones.

Anyway, Ann’s Apron Emporium is the perfect place for one-of-a-kind,  practical, useful and quality items for yourself or as gifts!

I just love Ann and her shop.
