Grandpa, Gramma and Chloe (2007)

Right now my Grandpa is in the hospital. He went in last week for a surgery and should have been home within days, however, due to complications, he is going downhill fast as his body fails him. He is in a coma right now and it will only be by a miracle that he makes it.

Thankfully, the God we serve is in the miracle business! Though we were taken by surprise at this turn of events, He was not. Praise the Lord that He is still in control despite outward appearances and that because of Him, we have Hope!

Regardless of the outcome, He is in control. Please pray for Grandpa and for our family as we go through this hard time.

Next weeks Gratituesday post will be on my Grandpa. He has been like a second father to me and I am so thankful for the time I’ve had with him; and pray that the Lord grants me a little more!
